We see and hear about terrible things happening to other people and animals and we feel sad and confused. But the truth is that the world is full of good people doing good things.

It doesn’t mean that everyone around you is an angel, but it means that there are plenty of people who are trying their best to do what’s right. The world would be a much better place if more people acted like they really cared about other people and animals instead of hurting them or treating them as property.
